The course is delivered in a blended learning style and participants must complete the 3-day course + 6 online modules & undertake 3 assessments within a 3-month period.

Yes, upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) Managing People Component Certificate Level 6 accreditation.

The course is free of charge and available exclusively to Directors of Nursing who partner with Nutricia Care. Alternatively, Senior Nursing Staff are eligible to complete the course.
