Spiced apple shake
Ingredients
1 sachet Complan Shake powder, vanilla flavour
100ml whole milk
100ml apple juice
Pinch of mixed spice, cinnamon or nutmeg
Method
- Whisk together the Complan Shake powder, milk, apple juice and spices to a smooth and even consistency and serve.
- Alternatively, add the ingredients to your shaker and shake.
