What you need and where to get them?

• Your dietitian will recommend the type of feed that best meets your needs. 
• An initial supply of feed will be provided by Nutricia Homeward when you are discharged from hospital.
• You will be given a prescription to take to your local pharmacy.
• It is important to remember to renew your prescription and to ask your pharmacy to reorder your feed at least a week in advance. 

• An initial supply of giving sets (and accessories if required) will be provided by Nutricia Homeward when you are discharged from hospital. 
• Your dietitian will have arranged your first month's supply to be ordered from your local health centre of retail pharmacy.
